My Order Process


This is my process on packing & shipping orders After I made the order's items and all (if any) customization.  


   Thank You for considering shopping with me! The process of ordering online can be a bit confusing sometimes. In an effort to make the process easier to understand I typed up these "instructions" to help guide you. 
  
       * I accept payments through Pay Pal which accepts most debit & credit cards. Click here to see their privacy policy 




   Step One:

Message me with your order! Use screen shots or shop buttons on products to let me know what items you want in your order.

  


 Step Two:

 Processing the order might take a bit of back and forth messaging to make sure I get in any customization's you want.  Click here to see my Privacy Policy.  (if you have security questions feel free to ask before or after your order is placed)
               





                  Other Things I will Ask:

  • Do you want your package in the mail box or handed or scheduled drop off?( If you are getting Door delivery in Prince George, I will be the one delivering your order.)
  • Do you want order updates via E-mail or Messenger/DM's? 
  • Do you have any metal allergies. (Earrings only)

   

Step Three:

After your order is all sorted out, I will e-mail you an invoice & request payment Via Pay Pal. Once I have received the payment then I will send you an "Order Confirmed" message. After that point you just have to sit back and relax and wait for your order to arrive! (Keep scrolling to find out how I ship your order out) 




   Step Four: 

  When you receive your order make sure to share your new piece on your favorite social media platform and tag me for an entry in the monthly giveaway at the end of the month! 




What Happens With Your Order After It  Is Confirmed? 

   After your order is confirmed I get the items you ordered out of my stock storage and I make paper bags for each individual piece so they don't get tangled up or fall out of packing. Then I add some extra packing to your package; card, business card, receipt & one time use coupon code.

   After that I write the delivery information on the package. At this point it depends on your delivery method (and where you live ). 

- If you live in Prince George-

          I will be hand delivering you package as soon as I am done packing it. So delivery is between "Same day - 3 days" depending on customization and weather conditions. If you selected Scheduled drop off, I will message you when I am on my way to deliver at a time we scheduled. If you selected mailbox, I will drop it in your mail box or close to your door and away from the weather. (I might even put a small rock on it if I think it will blow away)   

After I deliver your package I send you a picture of your package in front of your door or in mailbox.

 - If you live outside of my local reach-

         Once your package is ready to be shipped I will head down to the post office (not too far away from my location) and send it off. I ship with Xpresspost. So depending on the weather it can take up to a 5 Businesses days to get to you. 

                       Example; If you order on a Wednesday it will take a full 7 days to get to you since the weekends aren't business day's.

After I send it out at the post office I send you the tracking number and from there you can track your package as it makes its way towards you.
